PetQuip and Gardenex, part of the Federation of Garden and Leisure Manufacturers, have launched a new patron programme – a premium membership tier designed for businesses committed to supporting and promoting Britain’s pet and garden sectors. The initiative gives Patron members greater visibility across trade, government, and international markets, while helping to fund the Federation’s essential work in supporting smaller exporters.
Among the first to join as a founding patron is Canagan, part of the family-owned Symply Group, whose brands include Canagan, McAdams, Symply, Yora and Tribal. With sustainability and animal health at its core, Canagan has long partnered with PetQuip at international trade events such as Interzoo and Zoomark. Joint managing director Charlie Williams said: ‘PetQuip has been with us every step of the way, offering expert export guidance and helping turn challenges into opportunities. We’re proud to continue growing our global brand through this partnership’.
Other founding Patrons include AutoPot, creators of the world’s only RHS-endorsed power-free irrigation system, and VegTrug, the iconic raised planter brand now exporting its award-winning designs across the globe. As Patron members, they will enjoy enhanced branding, product showcases, international promotion, and strategic engagement opportunities – collectively helping to champion British excellence in pet and garden exports.
